Purpose

This website provides information about OVR Premium Vehicle Relocation and allows visitors to request information or a quotation. Submitting a quote request does not create a transport booking or contract.

Quotations

Any quotation is based on the information supplied by the customer and is subject to availability, route, vehicle details, transport method and the final written booking conditions. A booking exists only after the applicable terms, price and booking confirmation have been accepted in writing.

Transport providers

OVR may coordinate services using selected transport providers, drivers or logistics partners. The precise carrier, route, collection method, delivery method, insurance position and service conditions may vary by booking and will be confirmed where relevant before booking.

Accuracy of information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, including whether it is operational, any relevant modifications, its value where requested, and access restrictions at pickup or delivery.

Availability and timing

Website descriptions and requested dates do not guarantee availability or an exact transport time. Collection and delivery timing is confirmed separately for each booking.

We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but general website descriptions do not replace the written terms applying to a specific booking.
